Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use NyaySetu to:

Payment and Fees

Currently, NyaySetu is in Beta and free to use. When we introduce paid plans:

• Fees will be clearly disclosed before purchase
• Payments are processed securely through third-party providers
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• We may change pricing with notice to existing users

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• NyaySetu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for third-party services or content

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold NyaySetu harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or violation of any rights of another party.

Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of NyaySetu shall be:

• First attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation
• If unresolved, subject to arbitration in Patna, Bihar, India
• Governed by the laws of India
• Subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Patna, Bihar

Severability
